After a decade as a client manager with Crédit Suisse in Lausanne, Marc-Henri Beausire founded Hazard Immobilier, a company specialising in the development of rental properties for the working class. He later sold this portfolio to a real estate fund. In 2004, he established Airesis SA, a company engaged in the acquisition and development of sports brands. Concurrently, Marc-Henri Beausire continued his involvement in real estate. In 2013, he founded Comunus, where he serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

With a decade of financial expertise, Julien Baer began his career at the auditing and consulting firm PwC, progressing to the role of manager. During his tenure, he served various clients within the Swiss financial center, encompassing banks and investment funds. Since 2021, he has been leveraging his skills as the Chief Financial Officer for Comunus.

As a negotiator and transaction analyst specialised in transactions since 2015, Isabelle Genoud joined Comunus as a Transaction Manager in 2020. Previously, at Procimmo SA, a real estate asset manager in Lausanne, Isabelle Genoud showcased her negotiation, analysis, and portfolio management skills from 2010. In 2020, he achieved a certification as a Qualified Collaborator in Real Estate Collective Investments from Immocapital USPI.

Mélanie Bachelard is an experienced property manager, with over 20 years in various real estate agencies in French-speaking Switzerland. Her expertise ranges from rental, technical to legal property management. After managing condominium ownerships for Bernard Nicod in Lausanne from 2014 to 2021, she joined Comunus to manage its real estate portfolio. In 2023, she achieved a certification as a Qualified Collaborator in Real Estate Collective Investments from Immocapital USPI.

With sixteen years’ experience in investment product governance and fund distribution at Lloyds TSB Bank in Geneva, Giuseppina Witschi has been in charge of Compliance and Governance at Comunus since 2014. She also acts as Secretary to the Board of Directors. Giuseppina Witschi holds a CAS in Compliance awarded by the University of Geneva in 2014.
