With a decade of financial expertise, Julien Baer began his career at the auditing and consulting firm PwC, progressing to the role of manager. During his tenure, he served various clients within the Swiss financial center, including banks and investment funds. At the same time, he led various real estate projects before joining Comunus as Chief Financial Officer in 2021. He became a partner in 2022 and Chief Executive Officer in 2024.

After holding various positions in accounting and controlling at several companies for 8 years, Joël Favrod served as Finance Manager at Investis Properties SA from 2018 to 2025. He holds the diploma of Finance and Controlling Expert, obtained in 2017 and joined Comunus on May 1, 2025, as Chief Financial Officer.

With sixteen years’ experience in investment product governance and fund distribution at Lloyds TSB Bank in Geneva, Giuseppina Witschi has been in charge of Compliance and Governance at Comunus since 2014. She also acts as Secretary to the Board of Directors. Giuseppina Witschi holds a degree in International Relations from the University of Geneva (IHEID) and an Executive MBA (BSL Lausanne).
