On the one hand, the focus is on properties with potential for improvement and long-term yields. <\/p>\n\n<p>Renovation work is carried out gradually, in line with tenant\u2019s turnover, whom we regard as our clients. On the other hand, it targets properties with significant potential for real estate development, whether through plot development or the renovation of properties intended to be sold as condominium units.<\/p>\n\n<p>In the implementation of the investment strategy, success depends on several factors, such as patience coupled with the ability to seize investment opportunities as they arise.
